Eater Chicago highlighted a few dishes from Dragon Ranch Moonshine & BBQ.
From the article
The menu, designed by exec chef Red Hauge and sous chef Shaun Connolly, had been talked about as a barbecue-meets-Asian concept, but looking at it (below), it seems like it leans a lot more toward American fare, with dishes like pimento cheese, crispy pig ears, pulled pork, sliced brisket, mac n’ cheese and more. There are a few nods to Asian fare like the banh mi “sando” (as it’s called on the menu), grilled vegetable tempura and tonkatsu ramen.
