A celebratory passion project around the partners' shared love for All-American BBQ, with a touch of experimentation and imagination, the newest addition to the family is truly a Rockit Ranch collaborative effort.
With elevated quality, presentation and taste, Dragon Ranch’s BBQ will be All-American at its core (like the American comfort food we celebrate at Rockit), incorporating unexpected, yet complementary, Asian elements (think modern innovation at Sunda New Asian), and an exciting classic-meets-contemporary cocktail program, including a moonshine mixology component that Chicago has yet to thoroughly explore (led by our mixology team at The Underground).
